OFF is not a new badge replacing local clubs. It is a commitment that member clubs make together so players can develop without the usual pressure to overpay, stay trapped, or accept stagnant coaching.

How OFF is funded
Tournament revenue keeps talent moving up the pyramid.
When an OFF player earns a spot at a top-tier club, club dues can climb past $3,400 a year. OFF closes that gap so family budgets don't decide whether a kid keeps going. Every dollar comes from the leagues and tournaments we operate — non-profit by design.

Earn the revenue
OFF runs competitive soccer that families and teams already want — local league play, summer 7v7 tournaments, and member-club events — at fair, transparent prices.

Pool the proceeds
Net proceeds flow into a federation-level player-advancement fund. Because OFF is a 501(c)(3), every dollar is accounted for and reinvested into the game.

Sponsor advancement
When an OFF player signs with a larger club like FC Dallas or Solar, we apply the fund directly to their dues. Talent earns the spot; the federation helps cover the cost of taking it.
